Is it possible to get 70 without masters then get perso shield, weapon, or dagger - Delevel, restat, reskill and then enter ardream?

nope. not possible. if u do any masters u cannot delevel and go ardream

when u lvl 60, get master, delvl , restat and skill u lose masters
