It does, though. TempesTs +1 IN had a lil AC, can't rmb how much.

If an accessory has 0 AC at +0, it will gain 2 AC each + it gains (IN+1 = 2 AC, IN+2 = 4 AC, etc.)

I think that applies to IN, but if not, it still applies to all other uniques with 0 AC at +0 >___<
