this happens when you put items in inn go restat or smthin and then relog.. i think it like that

u have to contact gm or send ticket

Happened to me accidently about 2.5 years ago and K2 banned me for it saying i've used koxp o_O. WooT WooT lost a dcz fully unique geared char :x
