    Default Anna Svidersky. please read.

i came across this story and its heartbreaking it really is and i think as many ppl as possible should sign this petition take a look please it only takes a few minutes.

"Anna was a smart 17 year old girl who lived in Vancouver, WASHINGTON.
She attended Fort Vancouver High school and was going to graduating this June, 2006.
Only six days till her 18th birthday on Thursday, April 20th 2006 in the evening, she was stabbed and murdered at McDonalds while working.
She didn’t deserve this, at all. There is so much violence going on lately its ridiculous."

Anna was killed by a registered sex offender who was given a slap on the wrist as a punishment for his criminal past, and now she has paid the price of her life. I would like to see that this kind of violent act must never happen to anyone else ever again.

This heinous act of murder should have NEVER had happen under our justice system.
It would not have happened had this so-called man been put and kept inside the asylum where he belonged, not in our communities and our neighborhoods. Had the necessary action been taken when it was first needed, Anna would still be alive today with her friends, and with her family. Instead this pedophile was given 90 days in a cell, and then set back on foot free to resume his ill motivation. This so called justice has FAILED us all and most of all it has failed Anna and all those else who are victims of these lawless killers. We have seen it time and time again; an offender becomes a "repeat" offender. This killer David Sullivan should not have been allowed to walk the street such a dangerous man as he was. Our fore-fathers ruled on the basis of 'an eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth. This criminal has not only taken the innocence of a young beautiful girl, but has also stripped her of her life. He has not only done that, but robbed everyone of the joy she brought to them. He has taken from this world something which will never be found again. For this please will you give this man what he deserves?

We NEED more aggressive laws against all sex offenders, not less retribution against those that kill our beloved friends. When will there be proper justice?
At least let there be justice, for Anna, her friends, and family who have to endure this heartbreak that shouldn’t have occurred in the first place.

Grant David Sullivan the death penalty for the Thursday April 20th murder of Anna Ester Svidersky.

killing him won't bring her back. Plus, death is too quick. Perpetuous prison sentence is much more brutal then death penalty.

I think the only problem with your story is the background. How do you know Anna didnt have something against the killer? What if there was a reason for the murder? How do you really know she didnt deserve it? And the killer.. background?

Scenario: he was under 18, obtained his YO, got out with the slap on the hand, 10 years down the road he kills someone. Difference?

Yeah, its part of life. Yeah, someone got killed that was probably innocent. But a bullshit list of names you can get from a phone book isnt gonna do shit.

Anna Svidersky was nearing the end of her shift at the McDonald's on N.E. Andresen in Vancouver, Washington (WA) on Thursday, April 20, 2006. The beautiful Russian-American teen was working in the dining area, cleaning tables. In less than a week, Anna Svidersky would turn 18, and in less than two months she would graduate from Fort Vancouver High School.

That night a man named David Barton Sullivan, a 28-year-old twice-convicted sex offender and diagnosed schizophrenic, left his Vancouver home carrying a 6-inch kitchen knife. He would tell police later, simply, that his intention was to "hurt a female."

Sullivan succeeded, and the friends and family of Anna Svidersky were left to mourn, and ask why.

    Vancouver, WA (Crime Library)

also police said that the victim didnt know her attacker

she was a beautiful young girl 6 days from turning 18 about to graduate from high school in no way what so ever did she deserve to die at this time in her life and in this way

Everyone is beautiful and perfect after they are dead. Van Gogh killed himself cause he went mad for selling 3 paintings in his whole life. Now he is a genious.

Plus, killing him won't bring her back. When will ppl realize this? Just lock him up and make him see the sun through some squares. Imagine being 25 years old and the last thing u are going to see when u are 90 is what u have been seeing in the last 65 years. Now that's a worthy reward for taking such a young life away.

But he is a waste of good air that decent people could be breathing. He doesn't deserve to live.

The person using the reasoning that the justice system has failed is a moron. What does the law for sexual offenders have to do with murder? The only link between these two is the person who committed both acts. He was sentenced on the one offense as it came and now will have to be sentenced on the other. Saying that he was absolutely going to kill someone because he was a convicted sex offender is pure ignorance.
