Ingrediants:
x4 Bacon Weave (or just have thick layers of Bacon)
x2 Tortilla (Help hold it together with the Weaves)
Ground Beef (Mexican Spices, up to the Cook on what kind)
Chopped BBQ Steak (Marinated For Best Results)
Shredded Cheese
How to Prepare:
- Get your Square Lasgna Pan Thing For The Oven http://www.nantucketgourmet.com/catalog/im...lasagna_pan.jpg *for later*
- Bake 4 Bacon Weaves (or just a lot of Bacon)
- BBQ a large marinated Steak, Medium Rare and cut it up into small chunks
- Cook some Ground Beef in a frying Pan and mix it with Mexican Spices (old el paso taco/fajita mix or whatever you wan't)
- Layer your already cooked meats into the metal/glass pan
- Add a little bit of cheese between each layer of meat (nothing between the Tortillas/Weaves)
- Bake for about 10 minutes at 250F
- Cut the Castle into slices and serve your family and friends[/b]
