I took it in NY, so I had it as a Regent, found it very easy.
i took us history in highschool... class was so easy.. as for college nah dont have to take history classes
easy if ur from the us i love history !
probably the same with every class you'll take. if you're interested in the subject and you're prepared to go for it, then it's easy. if it's just to get some points ( don't know if they work with a points per subject system) or because someone you know is doing it, then it's most likely going to be hard and boring.
really just depends on the teacher
for example if your teacher is a fucking retard who thinks socialism works his take on history will probably be far from actual historyreally just depends on the teacher[/b]
everyone at my highschool has to take it junior year
its piss easy
its easier then putting on a condom when drunk off your ass

u lose, bb
Easy as pie! It all depends on your school, instructor, interest in the subject, how you study, how good of a memory you have to recall dates and such, and many more factors.
dunno if u guys got regular us history and ap us history
well in southern california, i know us history is insanely hard unless your one of those super nerds
regular in my school u dont learn shit (i took apus, but i didnot like all the work so i transferred into a regular class)
yeah ppl in my class said they have to read a huge ass packet + the textbook..
fixed title meant AP US HISTORY
my school is all asian and they think its hard
i remember that we had to do keyterms for each chapter on notecards and have info filled out on both sides
would be range from 40-70 terms, due like evry week
key terms were not all the ones that most textbooks have highlighted, u have to practiclly read word to word(which i totally hated, who the hell wants to read a textbook word to word)
had frq and the other(forgot the name lol) like evry 1-2 week (alternate from frq and the other evry week 2 i think)
with a quiz too each week
then theres all these projects, other work u have to do
god was a living hell
to get an A on a quiz was impossible, my school consists of like 50% asian
quite few get into ivy league schools,
they all admit its torture lol ( stay up all night just for APus)
also, i heard that the teacher i had(from other ppl) had them do alot work after ap tests, which i know other ap teachers dont do
some insight,
hopefully u choose not to take it, unless u want the challenge
u will not pull thru if u procrastinate <--------me
u have to be organized and manage ur time wisely
i guess they do all this, just cuz the ap test itself is really hard
It's just memorization and regurgitation.
