frostwire is exactly the same as LimeWire(they took the source and made their own) and it's free and is going to stay free unlike limewire which has a basic and a Pro. I got the Pro and it's slightly better then Frostwire.
I couldn't see the picture with the message you get is it the one with the lock

People whose job it is to catch illegal downloaders could be using a program like limewire to trace IP addresses.

Ever noticed that when someone downloads something from you (or you download something from them), their IP comes up?

How do you get caught using a shareware program? Unless you download thousands of files a day, and upload aswell, or work as a server or something, I just can't picture it.

And even if they do decide to trace someone, I think is restricted to USA or something.
