well downloaded ones, ie were do i dl them from limewire? i dont know anything about files and shit, and my gay freind wont help me

Set the video you want to convert, then convert and make sure to have itunes open because it automatically puts it in there.

Thats alittle more trickey, You'll have to download vdownloader, then set it to download to whatever media file, then use that Videroa to convert it to the correct file type, then ya.
