well i live in NYC, im pretty sure that was in manhattan.. and yea tourists arent that welcome by anyone in NYC xD u ask for directions..and its like people run away from u and stuff llolol

So them chillin on the sidewalk (which everyone does in NY) means they are bums? Just cause they dont go sit infront of Target or Wal-mart, they are no longer people just relaxin...they become bums?
