Dunno if its already been answered but theres an add on to firefox that allows you to download the files in FLV format in like two clicks.... video downloader 2.0 or something - worth a look

I use Vdownloader ( the downloaded one not the web version ) and it lets you chose how you want the file. Converting/playing FLV's can be a pain so I just have Vdownloader convert them to avi for me
