am saying Kevin Durant because he is more usefull as a player he can shoot the out-side shot and he can also take it inside of the paint , he can grab boards , block shots give assists .

the 2 players cant really be compared...
greg oden is a 100% center. and kevin durant is a 100% small forward...
they both get the jobs done well.
greg oden is a huge presence in the paint. he grabs all kinds of boards, offensive & defensive. he blocks a good amount of shots. he is an aggressive defensive player, with a great ability to score inside the paint, as well as shoot the short-mid range jumper.
kevin durant is an offensive phenom. he can score from anywhere on the court, but he also is a very weak defender. he couldnt bench press 185 even once. this means he may get bullied bullied on the defensive side by players like lebron james and kobe bryant. he is a good rebounder as well as finding a way to block a few shots. over all he get the job done.
they are both good. but the comparison is too wide for such a question. and then again, we though darko was good, but we all saw how that turned out...you never know in the nba..

oden plays like Amare Stoudemire, Kevin Durant plays like Shawn Marion. Oden > Durant anyday
well you have a point with durant not being very strong but he does have great offensive skills and i doubt that lebron and kobe will be able to bully kevin durant , even if he is skinny he still has height on his side wich gives him a really good advantage if he knows how to roll off a player then he will be amazing.the 2 players cant really be compared...

Oden is a very good paint player his greatest advantage is that he is able to use both hands to score on you , and is physical strength is amazing wich makes him like you said a paint player .
but the reason that oden was drafted first over-all was because portland needed defense and good paint presence, their offense is good Zach randolph , brandon roy and that dark dude forget his name ^^ made the offense adding oden makes them ready for the play offs.
as for Darko he is another story he really never adjusted to the nba he was used to being a dominate player but moving to the nba where evryone has alot of skill surpassing those of the league he was in he never got used to getting owed on both ends of the court

greg oden was just another 7 foot player in college basketball... nothing special imo... when all centers in pros are that tall.. (well most).. durant on the otherhand has talent and can make a difference and what not

that dark dude is darius miles? they are trading away all the bad players. zach will be gone soon along with darius,. they are revamping the blazers with fresh new talent instead of the team of outlaws that they had...
Durant is not 6'7 hes 6'9. If you watched the Seattle vs NY Knicks today, Durant is not smart as Oden in basketball. Durant tried to do ridiculous layups which ended up getting blocked 4 times in that game. Durant defense is horrible and his vision to find other player sucks, he had no assist today 4-19 from the field.. Looks like a Kobe wannabe but Kobe can actually make the shots and get the assist. And if you watched Oden, even though he gets lots of foul, this shows how aggresive he is in defense.
