WTF,MSN not working?

i just installed the OS on the comp im building, installed all the neccessary programs, firefox, msn, etc and msn downloaded fine :S (windows live messenger btw)

i know it's just me ...it wont let me log so i tried reinstall but still not working....also my brother said it happened to him so i need to get usb,put all info on it and just faken reinstall windows?o.o
