You mean a 22% fee is normal? That is way to over priced imo. Is there any other way to get the money in Italy but not have 2 pay any fee or a low one?

well, when it comes to selling items, id rather have a 20% fee, then to loose 100% of the items because some "trustable" guy chose to chargeback. I dont mind selling cheaper.

As far as I know WU has a proportional fee system with fixed minimum fee, so if the amount is small, the fee can be huge. I think the 15$ is the minimum fee. For larger amounts the fee comes down to about 11%.
