Some simple rules cant and wont help anything. It only causes an amount of unfair bans, pissed ppl in all 3 sides and only makes it worse. Imho.

Getting offended at some (dumb) jokes just shows, as said, how premature offended ppl are. For example, nations like jews, russians, turkey and even usa are in a "teenager" state of mentality. They think every comment or remark against them (dosent matter how stupid the comments is) is a DIRECT agression against them. Now what would a 13 year old kiddo do if some says smth bad against them. Most likely flame back but im sure everyone knows whats gona happen.
