It is somewhat the time they should release a New Server according to the paterns. Whenever a new expansion came out (correct me if I'm wrong) a new server got released.
Furthermore, K2 does check ko4life. Theres like 4 full clans already going new server for sure, sum that up to all the people that will end up going once its released + turks.
I kinda think, whenever the expansion comes out, new server comes out.
Not sure but I tought linus said something that next server ain't coming soon few weeks back.
