I don't know, but I assume it will be available via Steam so they get some green dollars each customer. Seems obvious.

i think the best is to wait and see how it will work,before we buy premium and probably waste money .

You should be able to purchase NPoint through Steam wallet once KO is available for download on Steam.
Perhaps you'll be able to activate premium through the site once KO is available but don't take my word for it.
