    Does anyone have the 10 second delay or the disconnect every 15 minutes right on the dot and you can't log on for 3 minute afterwards?
    This is getting ridonk, we pay 15$ a month. You'd think Blizzard would get on Comcasts case for them to fix it..

    no....comcast has terrible service with its customers, i used to work in a call center and i was a call service manager, i delt with a lot of comcast's managers, they all really dont give a shit.

    Yea, I would of switched my internet but I don't pay the bills. Its up to my parents. My parents wouldn't change internet service becasue their 15 year old son can't play a game D;

    yeh do what ya gotta do...i understand,
    well blizzard is supposedly working with them about the issue, give it a week and blizzard can probly throw enough money at them to get them to change their mind.

    It'll get fixed, not sure how long it'll take but you'llbe fine again eventually. Used to work in a comcast call center, if I was still there I'd tell you why it was happening and the eta on the fix but I Cant :X

    im working in a Teletech call center right now as an OSC specialist, and some of our BPA(too long to explain) work with Comcast, so i can probly found out about their issues tomorrow. if i do ill let you know

    btw, from what i learned it supposed to be handled by the end of the weekend, but due to holidays it may be middle of next week before it is all cleared up.
