1. If u like pvp choose pvp server and find out the latest realm(server)
2. I heard u can dl via bottorent but im not sure, But if u have trial account, u dun have to buy original cd to continue with it, u can just upgrade your account on the website via credit card/ debit card. Now i just checked its 20USD + 1 month free play (if you have 10 days free trial means 40 days play), i Paid around 30++ USD 1 month ago to upgrade it <_<

just so all knows, the 10 day guest pass is max lvl 20..
on 10 days u should be lvl 30+ if u play like u played ko
kinda sucks with guest card, belive me i tried it
