You can play EU wow from the US. You cant transfer chars. The only method of payment is credit card i think (and its about $3.00 more per month because they charge you in pounds and they are worth more)anyone who is from US or is from europe play in the other servors so like if ur from US but u play in EU wow and if ur in europe u play in US wow.

umm i got an acc on US wow with a few chars all 20 and under ( most like lvl 7 xD)
its frozen atm so ull have to pay to play but if u wanna trade for ur EU acc pm me
