vista and cs

anyone have vista and playing cs...?? i get loss and choke spikes like no other and people acuse me of speed hacking...my rates are 101 and 25000 fps_max 101 but i max out at 60 for some reason...any help would be appreciated

wtf hahaha that never happened to me but i get loss and choke spikes ive tryed just about ever rate out there and still getting that shit..
my comp is far good enough for cs so thats not the problem. my laptop was far worse then this computer and i never got loss or choke so whats the proble here?!?!
