    Lol u cant play steam .. but u download it from www.steampowered.com ... inside steam u gotta buy the games

    yeh steam is a program that lets u buy and play a LOT of games, mostly FPS, like CS:S, Half-Life, Hidden, etc. so in order to play all those u need steam. quick download for steam, but CS:S is like a 4 hour download.
