It looks nice but:

1st) The size is too big

2nd) Even tho it doesnt looks bad u just found a good looking wallpaper, u pasted ur char and typed "thunder" u gotta play more with photoshop

3rd) Try making the border a little bigger cuz u cant see it. Also u can try making the border like this: a 5 pixel line in the top part and in the lower part, it would suit the sig

looks like all u did was put a bunch of grunge brushes over a solid background, cut out ur char from a ss and paste it on top of the background, then write ur text
