go to deviantart.com they have a LOT of resources for photoshop beginners... (tag tutorials/sigtutorials, brushes, c4d renders)
and dafont.com for nice fonts

Well..It's way too big lol.. but other than that..good job on your first one ^_^ and ya, as cava said..there is alot of thing to help you there.
well.. i dont know how to make the pic smaller.. and i dont want to cut everything away..
how to make it smaller (but not like you did it schrotti <_< ) ?
go edit-> free transform n u wil have a resize box over it.
after playing with some features.. lol
i like it (there are some mistakes im trying to make it better), because i like stuff like that on the corners..^^

EDIT: tomorrow ill make the front of the left wolf better.. and also have no idea how can let it look good that shiny stuff of the shard on the wolf below.. its like change from day and night. i want little bit "flow" there :S
Still kinda big. but good enough I guess, you should cut the legs off..that isn't needed.
for some good tutorials www.biorust.com is good too and you should make more of a rectangle thing more than a big square. a good size is 425x125
