    it looks like u just slapped on a filter on the entire sig n put the text looks kinda bad tbh

    mm basicly xD but not just 1 filter...its a mix of quite a few filters to get taht exact look was just messing with filters basicly

    filters r useful but using filters alone on a sig makes it look bad :P

    u have to try out more effects :P (pen tool, c4ds, fractal art... etc)

    n combine them with filters... it&#39;l work amazing

    Angled Strokes and Posterization?/maybe Dark Strokes?[/b]
    original:
    dark strokes first layer
    second layer was a overlay duplicate of like angeled strokes charcoal and neon glow i think it was colored the duplicate a gradient of black-white(to give it the darker look near their heads and lighter near the bottom)

    remake: a c4d over the left girl with linear burn, gradient overlay of black-blue, and color balance to make it more pinkish near the top and bluer near the bottom

    start with large art if u gonna use lots of filters in photomanips..it comes out alotttt better and you&#39;ll have more fun.
