I got a new ironman's picture almost done, made by ammock (i just asked him to take it) really thanks to him.



i would like only the letters go like metalic style "Ezquerra, the future is coming" or something like that, i will a apreciatte a lot.

gýft tutorial for that flames effect ;D

pretty simpel just take your smudge tool put the shape dynamics on and smudge with a strenght of maybe 95 - 99. 98 is prety good
A good brush for doing thoes flames is Watercolor 2 or 1 in Naturalburshes 2 witch should come with photoshop.
After that duplicate the layer put it to linear or colour dodge maybe puting the oppcapity down a bit if you feel like it
Then aply image again and got FILTER ---> Distort ---- > Displace. Erase parts you dont like and keep doing that untill your happy with it result. Then just add some adjustments layers like garadient maps or anything that might look good =)

dont know how you made those ends/edges get that flamey effect, might be because i only did the linear layer and smudge layer didnt know what you wanted on the other layer but thanks for sharing ^_<
