No, they are useless since they dont even work for mobs not to agro u, so basically it's just for the looks.

btw they are for priest to heal 2x faster
and mages to attack 2x faster
and now there is bug to where the damge the hit u is absorbed as mp not hp so u can solo talos and only use mana pots :P

same also for a TS that protects you vs MOBS .. this is only good for that event and paramun B)

that bug came when they took them out before u just lost hp like normal.
