I think personally that both are good enough but fov +1 ftw for bp
Depends about your other item's, but you should get Fov +0, ull get 40 def, str, hp, resists.
Well it depends cus Fov costs less i think than a rol? so if you get a fov you can save up for something else, maybe fov+1, but rol is always nice

You get 10 def, 2 dex/health, 50 HP/MP and 20LR with ROL compared to what, 5 str, 5FR, and 5GR? I'd go for a ROL.
