Ok at first I thought you were contradicting yourself but i think i understood that you don't use your paypal enough to know how to chargeback. All you have to do is go into the details of the payment transfer and open a dispute case. Then escalate it to a claim and if you have all proofs you'll get your money back. to chargeback don't u have to go to ur bank and open dispute there so ur bank contacts paypal and paypal takes it to the person being chargeback?
