nowhere on my paypal says charge or tells me how =(

i feel so dumb asking this question but i dont use paypal at all so ya help??

if u dont use paypal u wont need to charge back
and honestly i wont think someone will help u because off your post count

Ok at first I thought you were contradicting yourself but i think i understood that you don't use your paypal enough to know how to chargeback. All you have to do is go into the details of the payment transfer and open a dispute case. Then escalate it to a claim and if you have all proofs you'll get your money back. Idc if you will use this for good or bad, nor i care about the rest either

to chargeback don't u have to go to ur bank and open dispute there so ur bank contacts paypal and paypal takes it to the person being chargeback?
thats wat i thought, the story goes
