Need info about bifrost frags

i need to know some stuff about bifrost fragments,

like which one has best success rate of getting unique item? how many do i need of each? are there different items that come from different frags?

Off the top of my head:

Arrogance (ego)
Gluttony (Gluttons)
Rage (Wratches)
Sloth (Sloths)
Lechery (Lust)
Jealousy (Envy)
Avarice (Greed)

I think that's them. Arrogance is lowest and avarice is highest. There's a screenshot somewhere of someone turning in 6 avarice frags and getting 5 uniques from it. A few buddies of mine did greeds and only one frag gave a unique (imir ring).

I've turned in:
6 or 7 arrogance and got no uniques
3 gluttony, no uniques
7 rage, no uniques
1 sloth, lugias spear.

There's also a chance that the frag you turn in rewards you with a better frag. I've gotten gluttony frags off arrogance frags and sloth frags off gluttony frags. I've heard of people getting avarice frags off sloth frags, but haven't seen it happen myself.

First 2 frags you can get Weapon Enchant Scrolls, Frag of Rage or above and you get at least a BUS.

Might be worth mentioning the other drops:

Arrogance (ego) - elixirs
Gluttony (Gluttons) - priest impact / more ?
Rage (Wratches) - iron bows / shards / mirage daggers
Sloth (Sloths) - iron bows / shards
Lechery (Lust) - deep scar / wrist cutter / blade axe (is that the right name? it's the top non-unique 2H axe)
Jealousy (Envy) - dunno, not killed enough
Avarice (Greed) - raptors / impacts / more
