who gives you quest jewls and at what lvl

-quest earing
- and dual quest rings

i can find who gives me the other quest and realy need help i tried seed but she dident help

u get the belt at the npc at doda/raon
u get one earring at asga and the other one at the farm with all the tyons
and i think the necklace's also at doda/raon guy not so sure...
