They're already announcing there will be an 8th season, but as far as I know, Lex and Lana will kinda dissapear from the main characters, since Kristin Kreuk and Michael Rosebaum are getting an arrangement on their contract because they don't want to be main chars anymore...what I've heard is they will appear in 2-3 episodes during the 8th season and that's it.

Well Lana can disappear even though shes pretty hot, but you can't have Lex disappear he's like the bad guy how can you get rid of the bad guy

i watched the first couple seasons religiously but stopped for some reason. i watched it a few nights ago and god damn was it corny. what happened to the show i used to love? this one was full of corny special effects and ugh i dont know i dont seem to like it anymore

They are not gonna dissapear from the storyline...they will be given less protagonism only...I think they will now focus in Brainiac for a while and maybe (just maybe) make some other enemies appear as well.

+1, i watched like the first 3 seasons, but then they just gradually made it into an awful show

Yeah, still good as ever. Can't for the new episode tonight and i was laughing at the last episode because i thought when he wore a suit he was going to wear his red and blue clothes underneath it.
