Agreed Slm. Most of the humour for me was just too predictable and/or simply too unexciting or juvenille. The movie lacked a lot of the wit and subtlety that made the earlier shows so memorable.

I walked in without expecting it to be a comedic masterpiece esp after reading some of your comments, and came out pleasently surprised...
When you grew up watching the Simpsons on TV (6:00pm slot), having it in the theatre is a sweet treat ^^
