    You should still be able to send it in lol and they'll fix it or give you new one. My friends had his long after the warranty and he just shipped it in.

    I had the red light error but since I have a smartxx chip I just unlocked the HDD and it was alright :lol:

    warranty for xbox is 1 years

    red light = 3 years try your chance
