I got my surfboard snapped flying to Hawaii and it was packed up super tough so they must have really tried to break it...
That has happened to me 3x... 1st time was w/ a 1,000$ board, and the next 2 times with 750$ boards. I got compensated for the 1st one thought, just not the second.
