    Still does not matter, the fact that nutter denied the guy from his items and nutter is only giving them back because nutter offered the guy 300$ and dan accepted.

    The point is Nick is giving Dan the money Dan deserves, therefore Nick's name should be cleared.

    Correct, and it will stay as it is, the bans will stay and this topic about him being a scammer will also.

    From what i read on these topics, it sounds like Nick/Cup1doN/Chokehold made up some bs story and is a scammer. Moral of story: never trust anyone with items/chracter, unless they are your good friend in real life. And if you sell paypal, you must wait for money to be cleared into your bank before giving items.

    Well should I put it Ko4Life doesn't support proven scammers.
    With snootchie the situation was a bit weird and no proper proofs were posted on the first time.
    Besides the mods and admins are doing this for free so we can't really whine 'bout it :P
