No. +9 = +11 reverse and +10 = +21 reverse. There's 10 reverse upgrades to be done between a +9 and +10 item so I guess +11 item would be like +35-+40 reverse. With this logic, a +30 reverse item = +30 reverse item.

Actually a +26 item is +11 and +30reb item is +11.8(theoretically). I'm surprised no one picked up on the elemental damage, It increases by 10 every plus on a non-rev item. So therefore a +26reb high class has 110 elemental and a +30 has elemental of 118.
