Restarting the server:

-Population wont increase up to turk private servers standard because advertising is null. Maybe it'll look like hellsgarem at best.
-GM support will still be sporadic, people will get angry.
-People will whine about certain rates / quest / mechanic being garbage / too slow or not working as intended.
-2 weeks after release, no more new people will join cuz they're late, meaning that from there the usercount can only get lower and lower.
-STKO server might come soon. I'd guess either in May or June.
-Entire clans will start leaving or going inactive due to servers decay / other servers release, others will immediately run to sell out here (wink wink)
-Whining and more whining about what could've been done better, ignoring the fact that this was a bad idea from the start.
-Back to square one.

This does not seem like a mistake at all. Let's trade known stability for 1 month of activity, I think this will work guys. It's totally not because people are bored and only look at their own interests / convenience when asking for a relaunch, nope not at all.

Get this: A relaunch will NEVER work without a massive overhaul on how things work, or are dealt with, in pretty much every possible aspect.

Couple months is giving it too much credit. I've been here for Apex farm server, it was not that much crowded than it is atm at peak times (speaking about moradon and cz activity).

There's still stuff to pull out. To throw it all away and start anew without showing all your cards is akin to losing a football game without using any substitution or dying -> losing game in LoL while your ult / S. spells were up. It's illogical.

Why is a massive overhaul so impossible?

If Aesteris actually get some free time soon, I could see the re-launch working: no one here is saying to relaunch with the current status, in fact some of us have posted indicating what went wrong and why it died in the first place.
