I feel like Genie's biggest downside is AFK farming. For XP it's whatever, but it allows people to farm so much excess money that it will flood the economy with coins, even without the help of koxpers.

RE: Genie, there's pros and cons to all options we have available - generally speaking though, if there isn't a legit way of doing things, people will resort to illegitimate ways of doing them. Putting themselves at risk.
We're open to discussion however and will re-evaluate once we see the results of beta!
P.S. If Genie does happen to be dropped, beta rewards for the farm stage will be swapped with something of equal or greater value!

I must agree with this one. People will calculate kc market price and then calculate what are the coin/item/asgafruit/otherfarmable content price and server inflation will increase like hell.

Other opinion is that there should be way to decress inflation by taking coins away from the server, from past experiences scrolls or buffs from sundries isnt the best way since it will affect on general play. Sheldons current server had knight medal gambling option which kept inflationlevel pretty low and thats why there is still solid items on merchants. Biggest problem with inflation is that it will decress items which you can sell on merchants (10gb is the biggest selling price) and 100 ppl shouting in moradon is pure chaos....

Here is a problem that I see.

Your schedule is full of events on a 2-3 hours basis mainly intended for the European/Asian people. Keep in mind, there is a ton of North American people on these forums and that will be on your server. There is one gap in your schedule and that's between 1 AM and 6 AM, which will be 7 PM and midnight for East Coast time. You should be putting in a Juraid Mountain for 3 AM during server time. The way I see it, the North American people are going to be sleeping during 1 of the Juraid Mountain's as it is 5 AM for us for one of them, and this way we can attend one more while the Europeans are sleeping.

tbh genie shouldn't be on since exp will be easy (as main topic says ) and specially because ppl can just go afk farm in slant.

Genie should be ON, and the drop rates in ESLANT/LUFF should be very LOW.

Turning Genie OFF equals to less players and less income.
