Today's patch should've completely addressed the remaining stability issues we had with the upgrade to 2.130.

Changelog

• Fixed "Failed to load Knight OnLine. Please try again (-25)" error.
• Improved various backend functionality to make it easier for the client to handle large chunks of data. This should affect loading into areas and requesting existing players & NPCs in the area; any obscure bugs that may have existed because of this should no longer exist.
• The guard towers in Oreads war are now fully functional.
• The siege equipment (Moving Towers, Catapults, Rams, Leader Cars) are now fully functional in both Oreads and Castle Siege War.
• Tax updates are now only sent to the affected zones (e.g. Delos / Moradon, El Morad Castle, Luferson Castle).
• Delos / Moradon tax updates are now properly sent.
• Potential fix for the capturing problems in Border Defense War.
• The Passion warrior AoE skill range has been increased to the allowed official range, if it says it's out of range, it really is out of range now.
• You no longer need to remove your buffs to use siege equipment (transformations), or monster transformations.
• Chaos Dungeon items are no longer mailed to you if your inventory is full when obtaining them. Also, they won't despawn so another player who doesn't have a full inventory can still pick them up.
• Fixed various NPC shops being unable to sell certain shared items from them.
• Added both [NP Merchant]s to Moradon, next to their respective teleport gates for easier access and awareness.
• Increased Raptor sale price by 50%.

• Implemented support to restat your rebirth points through [Grand Merchant] Kaishan; Costing 100m for anyone not using WAR premium (incase you've got switching premium, toggle your active premium to WAR when restating)
• Using potions while under any of the Gab's curses no longer causes you to fail other skills
• Reworked some archer arrow logic to make sure the client and server are on the same page (no effect is noticeable by players)
• Added measures for more extreme chat spamming; Including an automated 10 minute mute for anyone hitting these limits.
• Fixed a few issues with Oreads war burning logs. They no longer kill your teammates, they no longer kill enemies for standing near them when they're stationary, and they no longer roll way too far.

These patch notes are still the reason I say ApexKO is the best private server out there with the biggest potential. No other server has such incredible development power behind it. I feel almost guilty seeing such dedication and talent going to waste for such a small game as KO.

Before anybody gets the chance to point it out, I'm not currently in a position to play any server, which is why I sadly missed the sudden insurgence and popularity as of late.

PK is still insane on this server, things work pretty close to identical to official, at least in PK terms.

CSW is super active, CZ peak times can see over 300 users at times.

Today marks our 8 months online anniversary, and we're thanking you all by giving every account that logs in after 5:00PM UTC on 8/19 all the way through to 11:59PM on 8/21 free vouchers for 3 days of Cospre Armor, 3 days of Pathos Gloves (x2), and 3 days of Hellfire Dragon wings!

Also, the server's just been restarted for its weekly maintenance. Not a lot today since we've had mid-week updates, but still some very useful updates. :-)

Changelog

• Looting while being overweight now correctly errors and tells you you're overweight, looting while your inventory now correctly errors and tells you you don't have enough space (previous behaviour entails both cases using the same error).
• Monster & NPC transformations will now be reapplied upon leaving an event instance, instead of being removed entirely upon entry.
• Fixed a major cause (dare I say the remaining cause?) of the 255 errors people have been receiving. Fingers crossed that whole ordeal is completely behind us now.
• Fixed an overzealous check causing players with higher latency to occasionally disconnect.
• Fixed a bug causing players to disconnect when attempting to login with monsters in the process of casting nearby.
• General performance improvements on the backend.
