I loved what you guys did with the server everything looks cool and it's fun to play but I am constantly getting that ping spikes that causes 1 to 10 seconds lagging and sometimes the client crashes after that lag. I couldn't figure out a way to fix it

Hey, seems like it is your location, its a lot of miles away from dedi server. Wtfast probably does some trick, but still some hicups can happen, sincr huge distance, i suppose.

Starter gear is shells +8 and exceptionals+8 - that last for 6 hours.

When they run out you buy NPC gear, chitins+8 and middle high class +8s.

This means if you join today, for 6 hours you will be having better gear then players who joined yesterday

Interesting, what are your PC specs? is it possible you have an older less capable PC? Are you by any chance having 2 graphics cards integrated and normal one, and the game is using integrated one?

Same. I tried to loggin the other day so i can clap some noobs with my giant chop but the server is 2 laggy man.. Tried again today and same deal. My pc specs aren't by any means the greatest but i have no issues running the official client so why is it that i cannot run a private server :S sad days.

I have the same problem, pc freezes radomly when too many people on my screen, during a showdown its unplayable cause its freezing too much. I dont have issues on any other server or game just this one, not to mention the fact that it takes me like 5 minutes to log in every single time aswell as change zones. My pc is basicly new btw, i can pretty much play any game

who knows, i didnt touch anything, not sure if it did something by itself

The client used is official NTTGAME client, there were no custom changes made within the client so there is nothing to do from our side.

If you are experiencing client freezes that means the specific graphics card (usually laptop graphics card) isn't supported to be used with Knight Online and it uses integrated graphics instead. You can read more here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/38943...8937256275333/

You can always try lowering the settings for visuals in option.exe or force the NVDIA graphics driver to run on high performance & force the NVDIA driver as primary to run with knightonline.exe




If you actually have lag tho, that is ping related, which means you are to far from the server host location (server is located in France, Gravelines), calculate your distance to the host location by using https://www.distancecalculator.net/ and if required, purchase gaming VPN located in France (WTffast has a free trial, see if it helps)

Well, thanks to M$ Windows 10 another great Update (KB4482997). Fix - uninstall that update.

Had a great day slapping all the human hustler bustas back to moradon with a quickness of my deadly chop. I was shocked at how active it was man. I pked for like 4 hrs straight and it was still popping off. I left my savage orc army behind to finish giving all the worm killin boyz 50,000 slaps and 20,000 claps with the quickness.
