Eh, figured there was random beta hackery or something (e.g. making them starter weapons, easily accessible, or whatever). :P

Most likely the delay set on the weapon then, I guess. When it fails it doesn't really indicate as such (it appears to do no dmg).

Just because it's still there doesn't necessarily mean it's not quarantined by the antivirus; some simply block access to them, preventing them from starting.
There should be no real reason the client itself can't start, so you can try running it outside of the launcher with the standard command-line argument, "USA_KnightOnline". If that works, then you're probably using the wrong launcher, the launcher's not updated, or - as has happened to me a few times in particular - it's trying to use the wrong client path (typically it'd start another client for me, but "Climax.exe" isn't going to be all that popular I'd imagine).

i dont have problem with any other privates server so idk, everything seems fine on my pc and antivirus

I'm using win 7, and I launch the client just fine.

Edit : Beta is back on, I forgot to turn off auto updating so the dedi restarted overnight lol.

P.S The server might of been off when you tried to connect kocu.
