That's not official 1.098, no (the events are probably the biggest giveaway there).

this whole server is crap. they pretty much took a 1299. slapped a fucked 1098 UI on it. Added a crap anticheat.(wouldnt even work if this was 1098) and then are trying to host it. Their facebook page is filled with crap pictures of them making golems nova. And making random things calling it "revolutionary"
