Hate the fact that owners change the anvil rates quite often here.
If someone here claims upgrading these shell+5's from GEMS is 50% to +6, he should be stoned to death.
He said he hasn’t touched the anvil rates. There’s only one owner, and only one person with DB access and thats Altay. But I will bring this up to him and see if he can reply to you on here.
I know the owners can't publicly admit it, on these kind of light-farm servers where you upgrade 20-100 items on a daily basis you really notice the bigger adjustments made on rates.

KO4FUN members! A clan tournament has been announced, get together with your teams and book your place on the KO4FUN Clan Tour which will start recording on October 1st!
Tournament entries will be between Oct 1 - Oct 6, registration will be made through the forum.
Clan matches will take place on the 7th and 8th of October in which 16 total clans will fight in four different groups!
The drawing for the groups will be held on October 6th, 2017 in a live broadcast on YouTube.
Tournament Information:
Tournament registration date; October 1, 2017 - October 6, 2017
A total of 16 Clans will take part in the tournament in 4 different groups.
The clan grade will be the determining factor in the selection of the clan to participate in the tournament.
After the group matches, the clans who receive the first two rankings in their group will climb to the quarter finals.
Clan members will participate in tournament matches with their own characters, there will be no class limitation.
Group matches will take 15 minutes, quarter-finals and semi-final matches will take 30 minutes and final matches will take 45 minutes.
Clans with fewer than 8 members will be disqualified.
Tournament Rules:
Each player will be able to fight a single character with his character.
During clan wars, opponents who taunt players, or reduce the overall excitement of the event will be disqualified.
A clan registered to the tournament after the registration is over can not be combined with another clan.
If any kind of illegal software, playing with files (TBL etc.) is detected, the player's account will be closed indefinitely and will be disqualified from the clan tournament
The use of Rice Cake and Acid Potion is prohibited.
Group Stages:
The clans will take their place in the group after the drawing.
The clans have to be in the game 15 minutes before each match.
Quarter Final:
Cross matching between the group leaders and the second parties will be done. (For example: Group A first will match Group B second)
Semi Final / Final:
After the quarter-final, matches will be assigned like so: First match will match with second match, third match will match with fourth match.
The clans, who are the winner of the semi-final matches, will take part in the Final.
Team members who are 1st in the tournament will be awarded with Klan Premium + 1000 KC.
Team members who are 2nd in the tournament will be rewarded with 500 KC.
Team members who are 3rd in the tournament will be awarded with 250 KC.

Although I have been quite busy, I still logg in to play this server. Amazing events and pk ! Especially during juraid time. Easy to make money and level up. Even purchasing valks and pus items can be obtained via merchant simply through farming. Not that hard to make ~ 1 Gb a day.
We have came up with a date and have began drawing up the plans for the Halloween Event which will take place from October 20 - October 31st, in this process we hope to update starter gear and such. More information to come as we come closer to finalizing the event. I just typed up the document, now must wait for the owners approval and any changes he wishes to do.
Can you say if you are planning to make it easier to upgrade from +7 to +8 when +9 opens? Just wondering if I should burn my personals now or wait for the patch.
