Its skin for a mob. This one is Boss Land Guard you can find him at Boss Land event it does drop uniques & old uniques with 100% chance.

We cannot start voting till after we create a character in game, say's it is required to have level 1 with 1 nps to vote lol.

Thanks. This has been changed now. You can start voting already. However this security function will be increased with server progression due to multiple accounts. HP & MP Potion Package has been added to vote rewards.

Well we've checked this right now and seems like you'll need to create character to earn vote points. So you can start voting at Friday.

okay i'll start voting friday, perhaps you should think about lowering the prices of vote points, the max you could make in a day is 12 pts and that's only if you're on a strict 12 hours cycle, which alot of people have day jobs etc so it makes it very hard to obtain 50 points. and the things you can buy aren't of significant value, I feel like a lot of people won't vote because it'll take so long just to obtain a HP pot or MP pot sc etc. maybe lower the vote points to 30 or so. it'll help get the votes up on the webpages also, and it's not like it'll ruin the market of those obtainable item's. Just a suggestion.

Alright, thanks for suggestion we will take care of it for sure. However vote store will be updated with server progression also with some PUS & other stuff.
