Considering it was his bow, he most likely tested.

According to KOK :

"The curse has 1% chance of activating on each attack"

It would only make sense to think that for every attack you have 1% chance of activating the curse,besides I've played a lot with the bow and most of the time the skill activated when i was shooting from far away xD

And i used shower a lot in vs's and only couple of times the skill activated,so i really doubt it's for every arrow.

Actually I believe it is for every arrow. When the 70 items first came out I was talkign to the guy who made the first Windforce+7(Fire Rain) and he said that on one arrow shower he did 4 novas.

Had multiple novas done to me from one arrow shower in arena. Has a chance to activate every arrow, unless they've changed it since then.

its just i have heard people say that their cursed weapon goes off more than for 1% of their attacks, so i was just wondering

same goes for sheild, they activate more than 1%, i think that detail should be changed to like the more u use the items the higher chance of it activating lol

iv been trying to tll`em to go FULL DEX - but he wants ROL/LB as rings - gogo elf rings+2/3 - upgrade your gear to +2/3

if i had iron bow+10 or maybe a ee+9 with shell+9 set with dex i could prolly hit 3500ap and maybe 3600ap if i got 83 but im lazy :P
