on my 80 i preferred my rappy+9 over my ii+9 anytime. vs or not. you shouldnt need to go "hp build" or watever u guys said up there. dont want to waste my time reading it. but just learn to combo w/ rappy 9. that ap difference is a shit load when higher
ii i tested ii 8 and raptor 8 and ii crushed it all day long
