Minos are of course better but I personally never used lvl 60+ required items because I always ended up making a dcz character too. IMO go with WEs.
defense matters in cz especially for ares because someone named KucukHamsl has a +9 krowaz set/ +3 rofs / +3 sos/ +3 IN / dual PE 3's and dual mino3s with +10 chaos wirinom. i have 1700+ def but he still hits me for 900. thats bs right there

for cz assuming your level 80-83 i would take the mino over the we
