tbh i play any hero except Chen and Riki, its not that i cant play them, trust me i can , its that they are booring, same with broodmother :[

Dark Terror owns him badly. At least mine does. IMO Dark Terror is the only hero that cannot be beaten in 1v1 by any heroe.
Also Troll Warlord owns Ursa, and can compete with Dark Terror aswell, depending on items.

To you 1v1 means with full items and lvl 25
To me 1v1 means starting from lvl 1 -om

The problem is, your scenario never happens in a real game. Mine does, to some extent.

Well, I get you know, Viper would be a pain in the ass if u go 1v1 , definetely, so would any ranged/agil/int hero. But i think it'd still be hard to kill, since darkterror can blink away and if its an smart one shouldnt die ever.

There arent many heros that can go 1v1 with viper. Even with darkterror after viper gets blink he can just follow and kill ya, besides you wont be touching creeps at all.
