Well since hes not from America there goes the Felony charges but as far as Fraud... yes it still exists. Yeah he maybe of sold his "time" but I'm sure he didn't tell the person who bought it that most of his "time" leveling was away from his computer while he KOXP'd. Therefore... its fraud.
